Why I Created NeuroRegulation Clinic

Stabilize the system. Protect sleep. Improve function.

I created NeuroRegulation Clinic to bridge the gap between mental health care and the physiology of stress—especially when symptoms show up in the body as insomnia, panic waves, chronic tension, shutdown, or nervous system overwhelm.

As a Registered Nurse Psychotherapist, I’ve worked in high-acuity mental health settings and have seen how “mental health” is often an arousal system problem: sleep disruption, autonomic dysregulation, threat responses, and the subconscious patterns that keep the body stuck on high alert.

My approach integrates:

  • Clinical assessment + safety screening

  • Nervous system regulation skills (trained in-session and practiced between sessions)

  • CBT-I–informed sleep stabilization

  • Psychotherapy and subconscious pattern work when appropriate

  • Coordinated care with physicians/NPs when medical oversight is needed (with consent)

The goal is clear, structured, medically grounded stabilization—so you leave with a practical plan, measurable progress, and a step-down pathway that holds long-term.

Why This Approach Works

Care at NeuroRegulation Clinic is both compassionate and clinically structured. Many people don’t need more insight—they need their arousal system to stabilize so sleep and functioning can return.

You’ll receive a clear plan that integrates:

  • Nervous system regulation (downshift skills you practice and apply between sessions)

  • CBT-I–informed sleep stabilization (insomnia + hyperarousal protocols)

  • Evidence-informed psychotherapy when it supports regulation and function

  • Pacing and capacity-based planning so changes are sustainable

When physical health factors, medication questions, post-op recovery, or broader medical considerations are part of the picture, care can be coordinated with your physician/NP (with consent) so support remains integrated, safe, and grounded.

The goal is measurable progress: better sleep, lower hyperarousal, improved daily functioning, and a step-down plan that helps improvements hold long-term.

Book Your Clinical Intake

Start your stabilization plan today.

Book online to schedule your first appointment. We’ll begin with a structured clinical intake focused on sleep, arousal, and nervous system patterns—then you’ll leave with clear next steps and a 7–14 day stabilization plan (“orders”).

Care is paced, evidence-informed, and guided by a Registered Nurse Psychotherapist. If medical factors or coordination are relevant, we can collaborate with your physician/NP with consent so your plan stays integrated and safe.

If you have questions before booking, use the contact form and I’ll reply as soon as possible.
